Suppan subsequently pitched for the Diamondbacks, Royals, Pirates and Red Sox again before joining the St. Louis Cardinals in 2004. The pitcher posted winning records in 2004, 2005 and 2006, and was the NLCS MVP in 2006 as the Cardinals made their charge to World Series glory. He is currently pitching for the Milwaukee Brewers.
